Highlighted and high profile investment and financing have included a $375M 150MW Asia wind farm with Fortune-200 AES Corp (NYSE: AES); a $65M debt term sheet with HSBC Bank ($82M total sources and uses) for L3 Corp (NYSE: LLL) subsidiary, a leading global MRO provider; strategy, structure, whole-life FBOT concession with $79M tax exempt special facility bonds with Salomon Smith Barney for FTSE-listed Menzies PLC (MNZS) and PANYNJ; debt and guarantees with multi-lateral sources for port infrastructure, pipeline, dredging and fire-fighting investments for $320M LNG import project in Asia; 20-site logistics real estate, industrial investment for Fortune 500 Barrick Corporation (NYSE:ABX) enterprise development goals; financial analysis and $2B total valuation for “airport PPP applicability” advised to World Bank Group, Egypt Minister of Aviation (of Country’s 22 domestic and international airports); advised US Dept of State, DoD, USAID on infrastructure portfolio development, co-financing (3-FY $1B spend) in mission countries; FS-1, GS-15 pay grades, diplomatic status.
