Elena is a senior financial advisory  and former banker who posesses over 20 years of experience in banking, real estate and finance. She has structured debt financings of up to €230 mln. and led real estate finance projects throughout Europe. In the course of her career she has worked as expatriate in different countries establishing cross border real estate businesses there. She is private investor in real estate and lectures on real estate investment and finance. By using the Efficiency Concept she offers the clients the opportunity to increase the value and improve the sustainability of their real estate portfolios.

Elena has worked for some of the leading Austrian Banks (Erste Bank, Investkredit Bank, Volksbank) and major real estate companies (Immofinanz AG)  listed at the European stock exchanges. As finance and real estate expert she has been leading cross border real estate transactions and bank syndications. Elena has played active role in the opening of representative offices in CEE for Austrian banks as well as in the purchase of banks abroad.

Throughout her career Elena has been working as interface between headquarters in Austria and the subsidiaries abroad.

Elena holds a Master in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with focus on Management and Financial Controlling. She is certified Asset and Leasing Manager in Austria.

Due to her strong international background and experience she negotiates in four languages (English, German, Russian and Bulgarian) and uses three mor languages (Czech, Polish and French) in business and private context.
