Pierce has over 30 years of experience as an Energy Finance Executive and Investment Banker, both internationally and in the United States where he focused on developing oil and gas assets in the Permian and Wattenberg basins. Pierce has deep experience in deal origination, structuring and transaction execution, having executed over $1.0 billion in transactions.
He worked as a senior executive in Europe’s largest banks such as BNP Paribas, UniCredit and Raiffeisen Bank where he was Executive Director and Global Head of Oil and Gas Investment Banking.
Additionally, he has held senior advisory roles in several multi-jurisdictional energy projects.
Pierce graduated from Glasgow University with a master’s degree in international Energy Politics.
